Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role with electronic scheduling systems.
• Minimum 1 year scheduling appointments for multiple medical clinics.
• Experience with MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance programs.
• Demonstrated experience using office equipment.
• Demonstrated data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
• Ability to collaborate across the Health System.
