Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role with heavy scheduling and EMR systems.
• Minimum 1 year scheduling patient appointments for multiple medical clinics.
• Experience with MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of insurance/government programs.
• Experience using office equipment and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and build cross-team relationships.
• Preferred EPIC experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to schedule specialty referral appointments.
• Make appointment modifications due to operational changes.
• Provide outbound call center services across clinical areas.
• Answer inbound calls to arrange medical services.
• Serve as a preceptor for new staff.
