Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree and three (3) years of related work experience required.
• This position is Security Sensitive and will require a criminal background check.
• Experience providing technical support for computer, Internet, wireless access and media issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and services to college community ensuring classes and events run efficiently.
• Assist users with hardware, software, wireless access, and media issues.
• Set up, run and tear down audio-visual equipment for events.
• Install, image and maintain equipment in assigned areas.
• Document and manage tickets in the ticketing system.
