Job summary

Lone Star College System seeks an Advanced Technology Specialist to troubleshoot and resolve issues across audio/visual, PC, and server technologies, coordinating vendor-led projects from inception to completion.

You will provide training and documentation to junior technicians, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to standards and policies. Some travel to various LSC locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 4+ years of IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 7+ years of experience (optional).
• Experience working with clients and demonstrated communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead for PC Desktop/AV issues and be primary contact for complex problems.
• Collaborate with developers to improve end-user experience.
• Manage tickets and, if needed, projects within the OTS scope.
