Lids, supporting The COOP stores at Harvard and MIT, seeks a floor leader to drive sales, service, and visual standards while guiding a team across assigned locations. You will help manage inventory, merchandising, and daily operations to deliver a consistent campus retail experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail, prior leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and academic peaks, with readiness to learn multiple product

Competenze

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous keyholder, lead, or supervisory experience.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort learning multiple product categories and operating systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak academic periods.

Mansioni

• Support replenishment, pricing, signage, product recovery, seasonal transitions, markdowns, counts, and inventory organization.
• Provide daily direction and task follow-up to team members, train associates, and act as Manager-on-Duty when needed.
• Assist with opening, closing, transactions, cash handling, receiving, loss prevention, safety, and housekeeping.
