Job summary

Lids, The COOP at Harvard and MIT, seeks a Store Supervisor to support the Department Manager in sales, service, merchandising, inventory and operations across assigned areas. You will provide floor leadership, direct tasks, and serve as Manager-on-Duty when required.

You will help with replenishment, pricing, signage, product presentations for Harvard or MIT locations, lead a team, train associates, and ensure a smooth customer experience during peak academic periods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous keyholder, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort learning multiple product categories and operating systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak academic periods.

Responsibilities

• Support Department Manager in executing sales, service, merchandising, inventory, and operational priorities.
• Provide floor leadership and direct work; act as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Support replenishment, pricing, signage, and seasonal transitions.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and loss prevention duties.
• Maintain department standards and communicate customer feedback and inventory needs.
