Lids is seeking a Campus Store Manager to own the daily performance of the Harvard and MIT campus stores (The COOP). You will lead the team, drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain operating standards in a fast-paced, student-centric environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, scheduling around academic calendars and events, and partnering with campus stakeholders to ensure a consistent, locally relevant experience across stores.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.

• Lead and develop campus store teams, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling.
• Deliver an inclusive customer and campus experience for Harvard and MIT communities.
• Achieve sales and profitability goals through effective merchandising, inventory, and staffing decisions.
• Oversee store operations, cash controls, payroll, safety, and loss prevention.
• Coordinate readiness for campus events and peak periods.
