Job summary

Follett LLC is seeking a Campus Store Manager to lead operations across campus locations, driving sales growth while delivering brand and service excellence. You will mentor teams and manage financial metrics, store performance, and campus relationships.

Through mentorship and development, you will support the Regional Manager in store operations and campus engagement while upholding Follett values and standards. This role emphasizes leadership and customer-focused execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General Computer Skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Vital customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Driving Results/Sales: Execute operating plans and daily operations for both traditional and rush periods, including promotions and displays.
• Campus Relationships: Facilitate campus/community events and engage stakeholders.
• Talent Management: Recruit, train, coach, and develop all team members.
• Customer Service: Maintain excellent service, address inquiries and escalations, and ensure store presentation.
• Other duties: Support general store operations in line with policies and safety.
