Job summary

Follett Higher Ed Group, LLC is seeking a Campus Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations at a university campus. You will inspire teams to drive sales growth while delivering brand and operational excellence and an engaging customer service experience.

You will mentor staff, monitor financial metrics, and partner with the Regional Manager on campus relationships and long-term planning, while upholding Follett values and core competencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General Computer Skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Vital customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales promotions, events, signings, and displays.
• Lead in-store course materials activities with course materials leadership.
• Review store financials with Regional Manager to drive sales; meet shrink budget.
• Review and approve markups, markdowns, and write-offs.
• Ensure security of assets and safety of associates and customers.
