Job summary

Follett is seeking a Campus Store Leader to oversee store operations and drive sales growth while delivering brand and operational excellence across campus locations. You will mentor a team, monitor financial metrics, and collaborate with campus partners to create an engaging customer experience.

You will lead by example in customer service, training, and adherence to company policies, while supporting Market Leaders or Campus Store Managers in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical skills and financial acumen are important.
• Ability to influence a team and build relationships with campus partners.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Supervise team members (FT/PT and seasonal) and provide onboarding.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain inventory and visual merchandise standards.
• Collaborate with campus relations and events.
• Ensure security of assets and adherence to policies.
