Follett Corporation is seeking a Campus Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations at our campus locations. You will inspire teams to drive sales growth while delivering brand and operational excellence and an engaging customer service experience.

You will mentor staff, monitor financial metrics, and partner with the Regional Manager on store performance, campus relations, and long-term planning to support Follett's mission to support learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical skills and financial acumen essential.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team.
• Travel: minimal – less than 10%.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and operating plans for traditional and peak periods.
• Lead in-store materials and store layout, promotions, and advertising copy.
• Review store financials with Regional Manager and manage shrink budget.
• Ensure security of assets and safety of staff and customers.
• Develop campus relationships and coordinate events and partnerships.
• Manage talent through recruitment, training, coaching and development.
• Maintain engaging customer service culture and handle escalated inquiries.
