Job summary

Follett is seeking a Campus Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations across campus locations. You will inspire teams to drive sales growth while delivering brand and operational excellence with engaging customer service.

You’ll mentor and develop staff while monitoring financial metrics, store performance, and long-term planning, supporting a Regional Manager in campus relationships and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales promotions, special events, and merchandise displays.
• Lead in-store course materials activities with course materials leadership.
• Partner with Regional Manager to review store financials and drive sales.
• Review and approve store markups, markdowns, and write-offs per guidelines.
• Ensure security of assets and safety of associates and customers.
