Job summary

Follett is seeking a Campus Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations on campus locations. You will inspire teams to drive sales growth while delivering brand and operational excellence and a premier customer service experience.

You will mentor and develop staff, monitor financial metrics and store performance, and support a Regional Manager in campus relationships and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team.
• Travel: minimal (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through promotions, events, displays, and advertising copy.
• Lead store materials activities in collaboration with course materials leadership.
• Review store financials with Regional Manager and adjust to drive sales; manage shrink budget.
• Approve markups, markdowns, and write-offs per guidelines.
• Ensure security of assets and safety of associates and customers.
