Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations across campus locations. You will inspire teams to drive sales growth while delivering brand and operational excellence and an engaging customer service experience.

You will mentor staff, monitor financial metrics and store performance, and partner with the Regional Manager on campus relationships and long-term planning. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General Computer Skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Vital customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales growth through promotions and displays.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to review store financials and adjust strategies for sales.
• Develop cross-functional teams and manage performance.
• Build relationships with customers, faculty, staff, administrators, vendors, and One Team Center staff.
• Oversee cafe or convenience store operations and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Support general store operations as needed.
