Follett Higher Education seeks a Campus Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional service across traditional and peak periods. This role emphasizes mentorship, financial tracking, and campus relations with support from a Regional Manager.

You will develop teams, manage performance, and ensure adherence to policies while fostering an engaging customer experience and coordinating campus events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Execute operating plans and daily store operations during both regular and peak periods.
• Lead in-store course materials activities in collaboration with course materials leadership.
• Partner with Regional Manager to review store financials and adjust to drive sales.
• Review and approve store markups, markdowns, and write-offs within guidelines.
• Ensure security of assets and safety of associates and customers.
