Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations across campus locations. You will motivate teams to drive sales growth while upholding brand and operational excellence, delivering an engaging customer service experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is required or best matched by experience.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Vital customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team.
Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

Execute operating plans and daily store operations for traditional and peak periods.
Lead in-store course materials activities in collaboration with course materials leadership.
Partner with Regional Manager to review store financials and drive sales.
Review and approve store markups, markdowns, and write-offs within guidelines.
Ensure security of assets and safety of associates and customers.
