You will mentor staff, monitor financial metrics, partner with the Regional Manager on store performance, and build strong campus relationships. This role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and adherence to Follett values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General Computer Skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales through promotions and displays.
• Cultivate campus relationships and coordinate events with stakeholders.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members while ensuring accountability.
