Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General Computer Skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Vital customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Execute operating plans and daily operations for traditional and rush periods, including promotions, displays, and advertising copy.
• Lead in-store course materials activities in collaboration with course materials leadership.
• Review store financials with Regional Manager and drive sales; meet shrink budget.
• Approve markups, markdowns, and write-offs within guidelines; ensure asset security and safety.
• Maintain campus relationships through events, communication, and partnerships.
• Develop cross-functional teams and manage performance to drive results.
• Create a customer service culture focused on solutions-based selling and exceptional experiences.
• Oversee cafe or convenience store operations and comply with health and safety regulations.
