Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Leader to support store operations and Sales growth across traditional and rush periods. Lead a team, manage daily operations, and partner with campus leadership to deliver an engaging customer experience while upholding brand standards.

You will mentor team members, monitor financial performance, and drive continuous improvement in customer service and operations within the campus bookstore environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal — less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Review store financials with leadership and recalibrate goals to drive sales.
• Oversee cash handling, POS operations, deposits and daily cash control.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
• Supervise FT/PT and seasonal team members; onboarding and scheduling.
• Deliver engaging customer service; resolve escalated issues and maintain service levels.
• Communicate store activities and maintain campus relationships.
