Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive store plans and daily operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Review store financials and recalibrate goals to drive sales.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and daily cash activities.
• Maintain inventory control and neat store environment.
• Set sales floor to meet visual merchandise standards.
• Provide staff onboarding and scheduling within budget.
• Create engaging customer service culture and resolve escalated issues.
• Coordinate campus relations and events with campus partners.
