Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through promotions and events.
• Partner with leadership to review store financials and recalibrate goals.
• Operate cash registers and store systems with safe cash handling.
• Maintain inventory control aligned with procedures.
• Ensure store areas are neat and organized.
