Follett Higher Education seeks a Campus Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will mentor and develop staff while monitoring financials, short- and long-term planning, and campus relationships.

You will partner with campus leaders to execute events, promotions, and merchandise strategies, ensuring compliance and safety across the store and cafe.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General Computer Skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store operations and sales promotions during peak periods.
• Lead campus relationships and coordinate events with campus and community stakeholders.
• Facilitate campus and/or community events and manage day-to-day operations.
• Maintain campus outreach, engagement, and strategic partnership reviews.
• Oversee store talent management, training, coaching, and development.
