Job summary

Follett LLC is seeking a Campus Store Leader to oversee store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service across campus locations. You will mentor a team, manage daily activities, and align with brand standards to maximize performance.

You will collaborate with campus partners, handle promotions, and ensure accurate cash handling, inventory control, and safe store conditions while supporting a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• General computer skills.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive results through sales growth and customer service excellence.
• Supervise the work activities of team members including onboarding and scheduling.
• Partner to create and maintain an engaging customer service culture.
• Communicate with campus to coordinate store activities and events.
• Maintain store operations and safety, including cash handling and inventory control.
