Follett Higher Education in Richmond, VA seeks a Campus Store Leader to drive sales and operational excellence across traditional and rush periods. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and maintain strong campus relationships to ensure an engaging customer experience.

The role requires a focus on financial metrics, brand standards, and a willingness to collaborate with campus leadership. Travel is minimal as needed.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team.
• Travel: minimal (<10%).

• Drive sales through store plans and events while upholding brand standards.
