Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute sales promotions and special events (store, campus, community).
• Partner with store leadership to review store financials and recalibrate goals to drive sales.
• Operate cash registers and store systems to accept payments and manage cash handling procedures.
• Maintain appropriate inventory control and align with store procedures.
• Ensure store areas are neat, clean, and organized; manage shipping/receiving.
• Set floor to meet visual merchandise standards for General Merchandise and Course Materials.
• Ensure security of assets and safety of staff and customers.
• Review store markups, markdowns, and write-offs within guidelines.
• Coordinate in-store course materials activities with leadership.
• Train and coach team members on store standards.
• Schedule staff within budget; provide coverage during peak periods.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and resolve escalated issues.
• Drive market growth initiatives such as POS email collection.
• Review OMS orders and customer feedback to provide solutions.
