Follett Higher Education in Richmond, VA is seeking a Campus Store Leader to drive store performance, uphold brand and operational excellence, and deliver an engaging customer service experience across the campus store network.

You will mentor a team, manage sales metrics, oversee staffing and inventory, and partner with campus leadership to ensure efficient operations and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and the ability to influence a team.
• General computer skills.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsabilités

• Drive results and sales through store plans and promotions.
• Review store financials and recalibrate goals with leadership.
• Operate cash registers and store systems with safe cash handling.
• Maintain inventory control and neat store presentation.
• Lead training and onboarding of team members.
• Schedule staff within budget and provide coverage.
• Deliver engaging customer service and solutions-based selling.
• Foster campus relationships and event facilitation.
