Responsibilities

• Execute store plans and daily operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Drive sales promotions and events in collaboration with campus leadership.
• Maintain cash handling procedures, balance cash drawer, and deposits.
• Ensure inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and resolve escalated issues.
• Build campus relationships and coordinate events with campus partners.
