Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive store plans and daily operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Execute promotions and events; review financials with leadership to drive sales.
• Operate cash registers and store systems; balance cash, deposits, and openings/closings.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandise standards.
• Supervise and schedule FT/PT and seasonal team members.
• Provide onboarding and coaching; ensure policy adherence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage campus relationships.
