Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General Computer Skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Vital customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive operating plans and daily store operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Lead campus relationships and coordinate campus events and engagement.
• Manage talent: recruit, train, coach, and develop team members; ensure accountability.
• Foster a customer service culture focused on solutions-based selling and exceptional experiences.
• Review store financials with Regional Manager and manage shrink budget.
• Oversee health and safety compliance and protect assets.
• Support bookstore and campus relationships and overall store operations.
