Qualifications

• Evidence of ability to lift and move objects up to 40lbs.
• Willingness to operate (or learn to operate) a box truck.
• Must possess a valid Wisconsin Driver license and meet state driving requirements.
• Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees incoming and outgoing shipments; maintains inventory and distribution.
• Sort, deliver, pick up regular and intercampus mail; pick up USPS mail and supplies.
• Maintains records and manifests of packages; uses handheld scanners and Excel.
• Process packages with shipping software and prepare customs forms for international shipments.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and handle customer inquiries.
