Qualifications

• Evidence of ability to lift and move objects up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to operate (or learn to operate) a box truck
• Must possess a valid Wisconsin Driver license... and be able to meet or exceed the minimum requirements for driving on state business
• Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Oversees incoming and outgoing shipments. Responsible for (package/mail) inventory management and distribution, mail and package receipt and delivery, and shipping and/or delivery of packages and freight.
• Maintains records and manifests regarding incoming packages, location, and date of delivery
• Determines policies and procedures related to mail and package receipt and delivery
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs or measures items outgoing or incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, packing slips, address labels and other records
• Troubleshoots shipping issues and customer complaints
