Job summary

The position requires a GED or HS diploma; no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Greet faculty, staff, students, and visitors; assist in person, electronically, by telephone, or mail.
• Investigate and respond to issues of concern using university policies; troubleshoot and provide timely solutions.
• Process orders and registrations; create ID cards and badges; communicate campus logistics information.
• Promote and market products, programs, and services; accommodate customer needs and requirements.
• Provide on-site and e-commerce ticketing and payments; issue receipts and refunds; maintain records.
• Operate computers, POS, and other systems; track data; maintain manuals and knowledge bases.
• Possibly supervise staff including hiring and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve as first point of contact; assist in person, by phone, or by email.
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolutions; follow up when needed.
• Process orders, registrations, tickets, and payments; issue receipts/refunds; verify eligibility.
• Share feedback on product and service improvements to meet evolving needs.
