Responsibilities

• Greet faculty, staff, students, and visitors as a first point of contact.
• Assist in person, via email, phone, or mail.
• Investigate and respond to issues using university policies and procedures.
• Process orders, registrations, IDs, admission badges, and campus information.
• Provide on-site and online ticketing and sales; handle payments and receipts.
• Offer product and service improvement recommendations.
• Operate POS and other systems to facilitate purchases and data recording.
