Penn State University is seeking Customer Service Representatives to provide internal and external support for campus functions, events, and services. You will greet faculty, staff, students, and visitors, assist in person, by phone, email, or mail, and resolve issues using university policies.

Responsibilities

Provide internal and external customer support for University functions, events, and services.
Greet faculty, staff, students, and visitors as first point of contact; assist in person, electronically, by telephone, or mail.
Investigate and respond to issues using university policies; troubleshoot and guide to solutions; escalate as needed.
Process orders and registrations; assist with ID cards, badges, and campus logistics information.
Promote products, projects, programs, and services; understand customer needs and respond accordingly.
Handle on-site and e-commerce ticketing and payments, issue receipts/refunds.
