Follett LLC is seeking a Market Leader to guide store leaders and teams within a specified geographic market, driving sales growth, talent development, campus relations, and overall customer service excellence.

The role requires leading change, coaching teams, and aligning with Follett priorities to meet budgets and service standards across locations. Travel >50% is expected to cover multiple stores and campuses within the market.

Formación

• Multi-unit store leadership experience across market routes.
• Track record of delivering sales growth and customer service excellence.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for store teams.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop talent across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-market store visits (in-person and virtual) to drive sales and operations.
• Review financials and implement plans to improve performance.
• Plan and execute large-scale sales events (Back to School, Homecoming, etc.).
• Ensure execution of SOPs and merchandising standards across stores.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize schedules, labor costs, and customer service.
• Drive Accounts Receivable processes and inventory/shipment coordination.
• Oversee campus relations and course materials delivery in the market.
