Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store leaders to deliver operational excellence.
• Drive sales through market-wide events and merchandising standards.
• Manage talent, training, coaching, and succession planning.
• Develop campus relations and partner with campus stakeholders.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues.
• Oversee accounts receivable and store-wide operations.
