Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of multi-unit store experience.
• Results and sales driven.
• Experience with full-cycle talent management.
• Travel requirements greater than 50%.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-market store visits, both in-person and virtual, to drive results.
• Partner with store leaders on sales events and merchandising standards.
• Develop and coach teams, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Build and maintain campus relations and coordination with campus stakeholders.
• Oversee accounts receivable processes, invoices, and stock shipments as directed.
