Follett Higher Education is seeking a Market Leader to inspire and drive store leaders and teams across a geographic market. You will focus on operational excellence, sales growth, talent development, campus relations, and superior customer service to deliver best-in-class results.

You will manage change, communicate priorities, coach teams, recruit and develop talent, and ensure alignment with Follett's values and strategic core competencies across all locations in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of multi-unit store experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Proven record of delivering sales results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive results and sales within a defined geographic market through in-store leadership and market analytics.
• Lead in-store visits and collaborate with store leaders to plan and execute events and promotions.
• Oversee talent management including recruitment, training, development, and succession planning.
• Cultivate campus relations with campus partners, athletics, faculty, and staff.
• Ensure consistent Follett merchandising, store presentation, and customer service excellence.
• Manage accounts receivable processes and store back-office operations in line with policy.
