Follett Corporation seeks a Market Leader to oversee a geographic market of campus store operations, driving sales, customer service, and talent development. You will lead both in-store and virtual visits, coach store leaders, and collaborate with campus partners to execute strategic initiatives.

You will own scheduling, merchandising execution, and back-office processes while delivering strong campus relations and course materials operations across locations, with substantial travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of multi-unit store experience.
• Results- and sales-driven mindset.
• Experience with full-cycle talent management.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Foster strong relationships with campus relations.
• Travel requirements greater than 50%.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive results and sales within a geographic market by leading in-store visits and reviewing financial reporting.
• Partner with store leaders to plan and execute events and promotions to boost performance.
• Ensure consistent merchandising standards and operating procedures across locations.
• Lead talent management activities: recruitment, coaching, development and performance feedback.
• Develop campus relations with academic partners and athletics departments.
• Oversee accounts receivable processes and store back-office operations.
• Support course materials delivery and customer service excellence across locations.
