You will set direction, coach leaders, and drive execution of operating plans through data-driven insights and collaboration.

In this role you will manage talent, campus partnerships, and merchandising while maintaining budgets and ensuring timely delivery of course materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of multi-unit store experience.
• Results- and sales-driven.
• Experience with full-cycle talent management.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Travel requirement greater than 50%.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive results through market leadership, sales growth, and operational excellence.
• Lead ongoing in-person and virtual store visits within the market.
• Collaborate with store leaders on events and merchandising standards.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and stock shipments.
• Oversee course materials activities and back-office processes.
• Develop talent, coach teams, and maintain accountability.
