Follett Corporation is seeking a Campus Store Leader to support store operations under a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager. You will help drive sales, uphold brand and operational excellence, and mentor team members to deliver an engaging customer service experience on campus.

You will monitor financial metrics, support governance of store procedures, and ensure adherence to Follett Values across the team. Availability to meet business needs is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute store plans and daily operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Promote sales events and campus activities.
• Review store financials and recalibrate goals to drive sales.
• Operate cash registers and store systems with safe cash handling.
• Maintain inventory control and neat store appearance.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and visual merchandising standards.
• Support campus relationships and events.
• Provide coverage for team members during peak times.
