Job summary

Follett Corporation in the United States seeks a Market Leader to guide store leaders within a defined geographic market, driving sales growth, talent development, campus relations, and exceptional customer service.

You will mentor teams, implement plans, manage merchandising standards, and collaborate with campus partners to meet budgets while elevating the retail experience across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of multi-unit store experience preferred.
• Results- and sales-driven with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Experience with full-cycle talent management and leadership development.
• Strong relationships with campus relations and partners.
• Travel requirements greater than 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing in-person and virtual store visits within a defined market.
• Review market/store financial reporting and drive future results.
• Plan and execute sales events (Back to School, Gameday, Homecoming).
• Ensure execution of standard operating procedures and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with store leaders on scheduling and labor budgets.
• Partner with ACCESS leaders to grow new and existing business.
• Oversee course materials activities and campus partnerships.
