Follett Corporation is seeking a Market Leader to guide store leaders and teams across a geographic market in delivering top-line growth and superior service. You will drive campus relations, talent development, and strategic initiatives to meet budgets and customer expectations.

You will lead change, coach teams, and ensure effective merchandising, roster planning, and program execution while partnering with campus partners and One Team Center to deliver best-in-class experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years multi-unit store experience.
• Results and sales driven.
• Experience with full-cycle talent management.
• Travel greater than 50%.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to build campus relations.
• Proven leadership in coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual store visits in the assigned market.
• Review market/store financial reporting and drive future results.
• Plan and execute sales events such as Back to School, Gameday, Homecoming.
• Ensure compliance with standard operational procedures and merchandising standards.
• Oversee scheduling to support customer service and selling opportunities.
• Drive in-store course materials activities across the market.
• Oversee accounts receivable, invoices, chargebacks, and stock shipments.
• Meet annual shrink budget.
