CLS Living is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a student housing community. You will drive day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team, and manage financial performance to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities include leasing, maintenance, customer service, budgeting, and marketing strategy, with a focus on achieving occupancy and NOI goals in a collaborative campus environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing.
• Proficiency with Entrata and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
