Epic in Madison, WI is seeking an Operations Center Technician to maintain business continuity across its global campuses. Responsibilities include monitoring alerts, managing security systems, and coordinating emergency responses.

The ideal candidate should have experience in security operations, strong situational awareness, and the ability to work under pressure. The role may require relocation to Madison, WI, with assistance provided.

Location & Relocation

Position based on our campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to area required. Recruitment is national and financial relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Center Technician, you will maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses to disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages, and work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations quickly and effectively.
