Job summary

Epic's Madison, Wisconsin campus requires relocation with assistance. The Operations Center Technician will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.

You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses with internal teams and emergency services to restore normal operations quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination requirement or policy as applicable.
