Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join the Albany State University - Radium Campus kitchen team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling quality and portion control, food preparation and creative presentation while upholding safe and consistent culinary standards.

The role requires at least one year of scratch-cooking experience, attention to detail, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, quality establishment with scratch cooking focus.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify/differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
