Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced food service supervisor to oversee the production and service of meals at Albany State University - Radium Campus. You will directly supervise meal preparation, ensure quality, and follow daily needs and contractual obligations.

The role involves hands-on oversight of meals, adherence to recipes, and maintaining high service standards in a campus dining environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive campus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multiple employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.
• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
