Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook at Albany State University - Gillonville Campus to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare and plate meals, maintain quality and portion control, and support a high-volume dining operation with scratch cooking.

We value attention to detail, customer service, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. This part-time, on-site role offers opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized collegiate dining program.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s prior culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
