Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining at Albany State University – Gillonville Campus is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen team. This onsite, part-time role focuses on preparing high-quality meals with attention to portion control and creative presentation while upholding safety standards.

You will work with a motivated staff to ensure proper storage, food handling, and scratch cooking excellence. A strong customer-service mindset is valued in a collaborative dining program.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
